Methods of Tying Long and Small Silk Scarves

Silk scarves are forever in use. As an important accessory to main wear they protect from unwanted climatic elements and makes the wear look fashionable. Sometimes they are only worn for style making purpose. Silk scarves of myriad designs and fabrics are available all year around depending upon the climatic variation of a specific region. So, when season changes checkout in wardrobe for the various scarves of silk you have. If you don’t have then brought a few because they are not only utilitarian but also in fashion, styling outfits.

Now you have silk scarf, the next thing is how to tie it? Although there is no specific way of tying a scarf as it can be worn in anyway innovatively yet I am suggesting you three different methods of tying.

Style1. Small square shaped scarf of soft silk can be tied as headscarf. Make a beautiful flower pattern and tie it. But how to make a flower pattern, here is the method – place your scarf in a flat surface and bring the two opposite ends, make a simple small two double knots. Insert the one untied end beneath the earlier made knots, do the same for last leaving end. Pull both the untied ends in opposite directions but not tightly. Now turn it and pull out the flower. Place it over your head or neck for tying. Make double knot to tie. Chiffon blend small silk scarf is a bit harder in texture so use as neck scarves only. Tie them in a manner they form a triangle under the chin or make flower pattern.

Style2. Long Scarves of silk can be worn in various ways. The lengths of the scarves provide the opportunity to convert them in different styles. Soft textured colorful scarves of silk are most suitable for evening parties. Womens scarves can be exploited as accessory to other accessories for instance tying them around the handle of handbags, wrap around the brim of hat or use as belt for pants. For a flower knot on long scarf, place it around neck. Bring the two hanging ends and twist them together until they tightened to form a loop. While twisting check for tightness and twisting patterns because flower foramen only by twisting. Now bring the tail inside the loop. For more effective visual and gracious look fit the flower pattern of scarf to neck. To avoid staff feel leave the extra length from one end of scarf.

Style3. There is another way of tying scarf called hacking knot. Fold your scarf and pace around the neck. In side of scarf where loop is formed place one hand in it. Now insert the one loose end through the loop. Again open up the loop to place hand beneath the already inserted strand of loose end. Now insert another loose end in the loop and pull it. Your hacking knot is ready. This knot will provide very warm feel around neck and suits to your almost all outfits.

Yes, I do agree that mens silk scarves probable tied in a way I suggested above that is why in my next submission I will bring the different methods of tying mens scarves.
